On my most recent cruise around the Mediterranean, I explored five incredible cities, visited four countries and in the space of only one week I didn’t have to unpack once… I did however spend weeks before the cruise preparing my outfits for the trip, making sure I had the right outfits for each destinations and evening entertainment, including Formal Night.

WHAT TO PACK FOR A MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE: AN OVERVIEW
The Mediterranean is the best example of where fashion meets art, where old buildings meet high fashion, and the outfits are inspired by cuisines, cultures and people. I had such a fun time city hopping from Barcelona, Marseille, Gibraltar, Genoa and Pisa (Read my Mediterranean cruise itinerary). Cruising is a great way to sample some of the best of Europe in a short period, whilst only having to pack and unpack once.
Considering what to pack for a trip this this however is hard. As you have to plan ahead, and work out, which outfits suits which countries or climates. Depending on your trip, the weather could change from city to city, and it can often change drastically.
For my recent Mediterranean cruise with Princess, I knew I’d need clothes for sightseeing, an outfit or two for dinner, two formal evening dresses and perhaps something active wear for the days we spent hiking or walking.
