1. High-Quality Jacket
A high-quality jacket is essential for hiking especially in the autumn and winter months. My favourite jacket for the winter is this Peter Storm Women’s Luna Parka priced at around £120.00 and it comes in various different colours. It’s really warm and has an urban ready layer with warmth built-in.
The heavyweight polyester wadding provides gentle warmth, with a microfleece backer for improved comfort. A Durable Water Repellent treatment to the outer keeps light moisture out, with a baffled feminine fit for a chic finish. It’s my new favourite jacket! Check out the Black’s outdoor jackets.
2. Compass print
3. Mountains bracelet
I love this Sterling silver mountain bracelet, with its dainty chain and circle connector. It’s the perfect gift for any mountaineer, rock climber or adventurer. The perfect stocking filler!
4. Day Backpack
Another essential for hiking is a good day backpack. I have tried so many over the years and at the moment I am using my favourite BERGHAUS 24/7 30L Daysack. Make sure when buying a day backpack that it’s big enough to fit all your hiking essentials for beginners inside, as well as water bottles, and also fits you well.
As the name suggests, the Berghaus 24/7 is a lightweight and versatile pack engineered to be used continuously throughout each week in urban or outdoor environments. It’s a great backpack with lots of room for everything you need for hiking.
5. Let’s take a trip mug
This gorgeous adventure mug with the text ‘Let’s Take A Trip’ is amazing and would make a great present for any campfire lovers! They can enjoy their morning coffee from the mug and look out to their amazing view wherever they are in the world.
6. Road Trip Journal
Keep all your magical adventuring memories together on the road with this fun motorhome travel notebook journal. You can add your names and surnames, making this the perfect gift for that friend that is always on the road. Jot down locations, observations, dates and more!
7. A great fleece
This Women’s Bleaberry Half Zip Fleece in pink is amazing. I love the colour, and the fabric is so cosy. It’s perfect for those winter walks! This lighter weight fleece with funnel zip neck is ideal for milder days or as a mid-layer under a jacket in colder climates.
8. Christmas decorations
Forget red and gold decorations, for those explorers in your life, gift them some engraved wooden tree decorations! Made from natural birch wood slices, and hung on a brown string for a natural feel.
9. Cosy gloves
A great stocking filler is these Sealskinz Women’s Waterproof All Weather Insulated Gloves. For winter outdoor adventures you’re going to need some high-quality, waterproof and breathable gloves, and these All Weather Glove is also windproof and insulated, ideal for cold winter walks.
10. Coordinate coaster
A stylish wooden coaster is personalised with a map design and coordinates from the special location of your choice. It’s a great way to celebrate a special occasion and this coaster can be personalised with the location of your wedding, your first home, or anywhere that means something to you or the recipient.
