Our bathroom is finally finished…. It’s taken months to tie up all the loose ends, get the floor down, tile, buy plants and paint. But now it’s done I am so happy with it, especially my gorgeous Desenio prints. When we started the planning process I used Pinterest as my source for inspiration, as well as many hotel bathrooms I come across during my travels. I wanted a design which was minimalist, easy to clean and something that fit in to our 1800’s cottage seamlessly.

We opted for a scandinavian inspired theme, using wood, whites, grey and plants throughout. The white and grey gave the bathroom the clean look, whilst the wooden elements add warmth to the room, the grey fabrics added different textures and the plants added an element of nature that I wanted to exist in our little haven. The prints added personality to the room and I love how they look!
I am so happy with the outcome and can’t wait to share the results with you below. I worked with Desenio on the prints, and can offer you a wonderful discount code from Desenio, so if you’re inspired by my bathroom, you can get yourself some gorgeous prints too.
