How to start Cambridge Weight Plan 1:1 Diet

One of the hottest diets to start now is Cambridge Weight Plan and it claims it can help dieters shed weight faster than most other plans.

If you have read my other posts on Cambridge Weight Plan, or you follow me on Instagram, you will know that in the last two months I have lost a staggering 28lbs.

CWP has been a highly successful weight loss plan for me personally, but remember what works for one person does not work for another, so do your research, and take it slow! Here is my Before & After Weight Transformation.

Unlike any other diet, Cambridge Weight Plan offers unique one-to-one Consultant support and an extensive range of fantastic products, with programmes that offer something for everyone whatever your circumstances or weight loss target.

Why did I decide to start Cambridge Weight Plan?

Like many women my age, I have always struggled with my weight. I have always been self-conscious about my body, my lumps, my bumps and everything in between. I have also done every diet under the sun, whether branded or not.

I have starved myself; I have lost weight, put on weight and hated myself throughout the whole process. Then last March something in my mind decided enough was enough, it was about time I did something about it, and did myself a favour and finally lost the excess weight I had been carrying around for years.

I signed myself up to Cambridge Weight Plan after seeing a friend SJ Strum online, who had lost (at the time) two stone in two months, and my mind was engrossed with her weight loss, how she had done it, and how amazing she looked.

I decided it was time for me to do something drastic and I headed over to their website and signed up for a consultant.

The main reason I really started this diet was because of another vlogger I’m called SJ Strum and I’d been watching her videos. Of course, before that, I had been unhappy in my body for years and must have been drawn to watching her videos about the diet, knowing I needed to do something.

But yeah it was her that made me sign up to Cambridge Weight Plan originally and ever since I’ve done lots of videos and blog posts on top tips on Cambridge weight plan, including HOW I LOST 3 STONE IN 4 MONTHS and CWP SIDE EFFECTS!

I think Cambridge Weight Plan is a lifestyle and because if here’s a diet of course but it absolutely was not just a diet for me, it was making lifestyle changes, improving my self-confidence and improving my self-worth as well.

It was also about learning how to gain control back in my life and I think that alone actually, alongside control with food is so important.

Since kind of losing the weight I have gained more confidence, I am happier, my anxiety and panic disorder has lessened because I feel more in control of myself, my body, my mind and my eating habits and my happiness at work has improved too because I feel more confident within myself.

I had kind of lost my way when I was kind of in my darkest times, and I would even struggle to hang out with like my best friends which sounds just the most bizarre thing because they’re

your best friends but I just found it really hard to be me when I didn’t feel me.

What is Cambridge Weight Plan?

Unlike any other diet, Cambridge Weight Plan offers unique one-to-one Consultant support and an extensive range of fantastic products, with programmes that offer something for everyone whatever your circumstances or weight loss target.

The higher Steps offer more gradual weight loss and are ideal for people wanting to work their way up the Steps to stabilisation by gradually increasing their intake of conventional food.

Once you meet your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, they will guide you through your weight-loss journey and offer advice on preparation, stabilisation and weight management.

How much does Cambridge Weight Plan cost?

The price of Cambridge Weight Plan can vary depending on your plan but generally ranges from around £2.40 per meal. The weekly price of meals is £50.40, which works out to be significantly cheaper than other weight loss programmes such as Lighter Life (£72.40 per week) and Slim-Fast (£68.60).

The weekly cost is based on three products a day and a one-to-one session with your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant. Obviously, as you move off Step 1 (Sole Source) to other steps such as Step 3-6, the price goes down as you are eating less CWP products, and therefore buying fewer CWP products. I am now going on to Step 3 and I am spending around £30 a week.

What are the side effects of Cambridge Weight Plan?

There are lots of things you need to know before taking part in the Cambridge Weight Plan, including the side effects you may experience during the undertaking of the diet. Cambridge Weight Plan helps dieters shed weight faster than most other plans, due to its extremely low-calorie limit.

Since I’ve been posting more content about my experience of Cambridge Weight Plan 1:1 Diet, a lot of you have been asking me what the side effects I experienced were.

While positive results of following the Cambridge Weight Plan might include substantial weight loss, some people who have tried the diet have claimed that they suffered a few side effects such as bad breath and constipation.

Conclusion

Cambridge weight plan was the perfect program to put myself on but please be aware that Cambridge Weight Plan might not be right for you but I would 100% give it a go if you got to the point

like I was where you didn’t really know where else to turn.

I would give CWP a go and just see how you get on and obviously there’s never any issues, its not like being signed into membership, so you can cancel anytime.

Just make sure you think about exactly what you why you’re doing this and do your research and also shop around for a good consultant. I was really luck and found a lovely lady on the first time but that might not be the case for everyone.
