This month I was asked by John Lewis if I’d like to team up with them for their annual blogger secret santa campaign. Of course I said yes! I love Christmas, and I love gifting presents, therefore I jumped at the chance to buy a fellow blogger some wonderful gifts from John Lewis.
I was teamed up with the wonderful Tara from The Style Rawr, a fashion blog, with so much inspiration for your winter wardrobe.
From reading Tara’s blog (and a bit of Instagram stalking) I know that she loves a good quality brand, as well as fashion and beauty. I knew I needed to pick a luxury brand, and when I came across this Liz Earle Make Everyday Glow Skincare set I knew it was perfect. A luxurious addition to your skincare routine! I also popped in a jar of my favourite Piccadilly Sweet Parade Prosecco Bon Bons, as a little treat for the festive season!
Then this weekend my secret santa arrived and it was wonderful. Tara had really thought carefully about my gofts, looking through my blog and finding out more about me and the real me. In my box, all wrapped up was one of my favourite gins, Sipsmith London Dry Gin Gift Box with the most stunning tumblers from Anthropologie. The Gilded Monogram Glass Tumblers also had the letters ‘S’ and ‘T’ for me and Theo, which was incredibly thoughtful, and I was touched by the gesture.
And then there was also a Molton Brown Delicious Rhubarb & Rose Body Wash bauble to hang on our Christmas tree, and a small book called Knock Knock Gonna Be Okay Journal. The book was also a kind gesture as she had clearly read some of my posts on mental health, and wellbeing. I was so impressed with everything Tara had bought for me, and loved the personalised detailing, alongside the useful things too. She had picked a good mix of gifts!
