FOOD WELLBEING

What is Cambridge Weight Plan (1:1 Diet)

If you have read my other posts on Cambridge Weight Plan you will know it has been a highly successful weight loss plan for me personally, but remember what works for one person does not work for another, so do your research, and take it slow!

Unlike any other diet, Cambridge Weight Plan offers unique one-to-one Consultant support and an extensive range of fantastic products, with programmes that offer something for everyone whatever your circumstances or weight loss target.

The higher Steps offer more gradual weight loss, and are ideal for people wanting to work their way up the Steps to stabilisation by gradually increasing their intake of conventional food.

Once you meet your Cambridge Weight Plan Consultant, they will guide you through your weight-loss journey and offer advice on preparation, stabilisation and weight management.

They will also help you in the long term with advice on fitness and establishing a healthy relationship with food. This was the biggest help for me, as I realised my biggest struggle was my mind, not my body. If I managed to unscramble my confused mind, my body would follow suit. It was all about changing habits for me, and seeing food as fuel not as indulgence.

STEP 6

Congratulations! If you have reached step 6 this also means you will have reached your target weight, and can now use this step to maintain your weight. Different people need different amounts of calories each day to maintain their weight so it is important to seek support from your consultant about moving on with your life.

*I am no expert on weight loss, or Cambridge Weight Plan and I am doing this weight loss plan for me, and no one else. I didn’t feel happy or comfortable before my weight loss, I was eating to fill a void, and I had put weight on over three years due to mental health issues and panic disorder. I wanted to get back to feeling myself. This plan works for me, but it won’t work for everyone, so do your research.
