2017 has been a year where I have got my shit together.
After the whirlwind that was 2016, I didn’t think I could get through 2017 without a fight. My mental health has improved drastically, and I believe this is truely down to understanding myself better, and realising how much I love being at home, and with loved ones.
I came on leaps and bounds over the past 12 months with the blog, increasing both my website count, and social media following. I drafted, wrote and published 162 blog posts, which is a record feat in itself. I’ve ended 2017 in a good place with my blog and I can’t wait to work on it in 2018.
I will now be signing out of WordPress for 9 days to take a little break over the festive period, the next blog post will go live on Jan 1st and throughout the month I will be talking about all things wellbeing, whether that be yoga retreats, or how to improve your sleep patterns. There will be lots of content, and I will also be announcing my plans for 2018, and some exciting collaborations.
I will be spending the festive period sleeping mostly, but also seeing friends and family. I plan to watch far too much TV and eat too much chocolate.
I just wanted to wish you a very merry Christmas! Sleep lots, eats lots and love lots. And in the meantime may 2018 bring you all the hope, love and laughter you need.
