I am fuelled by many things, but coffee is not always one. I am a big herbal tea drinker, and I have more recently limited my caffeine intake whilst at work. However with a busy few months coming up for work, I needed a coffee that would provide me with caffeine, but also taste great.
When I came across Lyons Coffee Bags I was delighted – good quality ground coffee that comes in a handy bag so you can have a lovely cup of delicious coffee anytime and anywhere. If you like to enjoy a cuppa whilst out and about, at work, or even on holiday, these coffee bags are brilliant since you can pop a couple in your handbag or rucksack and off you go!
Lyons Coffee say that they lovingly roast and grind their beans, and then use their individual foil wrapping to lock in freshness and flavour. Lyons guarantee 100% fresh ground coffee in every bag, so you don’t have to compromise on quality.
I am also pretty frugal – therefore I am ‘over’ buying coffee from the high-street Costa and Starbucks as they cost the earth and don’t always taste that great so this can also save you a lot of money..
The coffee bags are so easy to use, just add freshly boiled water, stir, and allow to brew for three to four minutes until the coffee is as strong as you like it to be. The coffee bags come in three different strengths, and also a decaffeinated version.
I most recently used the coffee bags when I visited London in the hotel room and I also took my Corkcicle flask on a work trip a few weeks ago and made sure I had supply of the Lyons Coffee Bags for morning and night.
To go alongside Lyons Coffee Bags, I also stay fuelled by having a smoothie every morning using my Nutri Bullet, keeping fruit on me all the time for when the hunger pangs arrive, and I keep my multi-vitamins at hand in my desk to provide me with all the vitamins I need.
Now I’d better get back to work – I’ve got a busy few days at work and I need to get back on the wagon! How do you stay fuelled?
